Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Paiban and tap your avatar (top right) → Settings.
2. Data → Delete account, then confirm.

This takes effect immediately: your account, all decision records, preferences and usage are deleted, and any Pro subscription is cancelled.

Can't open the app?

Email us from your Google sign-in address and we'll delete everything within 7 days: support@getpaiban.com

Retention

Database backups roll over within 30 days. Stripe may keep payment records as required by law.
