Paiban's answers and confidence are suggestions, not financial, legal, medical or other professional advice. For important decisions, use your own judgment or ask a professional. Paiban won't decide on self-harm, harming others or medical emergencies; it shows help resources instead.

Your account

You can try a few decisions without an account, then sign in with Google. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Free and Pro

• The free plan has a daily decision limit and a small daily number of answers checked on the web.
• Pro renews automatically, monthly or yearly. Cancel anytime (Settings → Account, or in Google Play → Subscriptions); it ends at the end of the current period. In the Google Play app, Google Play processes payments in your local currency under its terms; elsewhere Stripe charges US dollars. No pro-rated refunds, except where required by law or by Google Play's refund policy.
• Your first Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You're charged when it ends unless you cancel before then; the app reminds you 2 days before. One trial per account.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for losses from decisions you make based on Paiban's answers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
